Dorrie L. Klatt
Dorrie L. Klatt is a state certified appraiser and has been performing appraisals in the state of Pennsylvania since 1998. Additionally, she is FHA certified to perform HUD appraisals and also retains her real estate sales license.

Dorrie comes from a business oriented background and continues to attend seminars and appraisal courses staying current with changes within the appraisal industry. Her experience, along with the desire to provide you with the best possible service, is the cornerstone of Advanced Appraisal Solutions.

David A. Weiler
David A. Weiler is an assistant to Dorrie Klatt. He started his apprenticeship in September of 2004 and is currently attending Real Estate and Appraisal courses while working on his residential certification. Dave comes to Advanced Appraisal Solutions with a background in sales, business and construction. He will continue his apprenticeship until his residential certification is complete, at which time he will look towards obtaining his commercial certification. His desire to provide the best possible service will be a great asset to Advanced Appraisal Solutions.
